Word War Begins NOW!

This is your CHECK IN POST!



1- The war begins now, and will continue until Monday, February 12, 7:00AM GMT for 72 hours of writing.

2- To participate, please check-in with a comment below. You may also post your beginning word counts in order to help you keep track of your progress. All members of hd_writers are welcome to participate! Invite your friends to join in!

3- Use this time to work on your writing - any project, any pairing, any fandom!

4- The hd_writers chatroom is there as always to serve as inspiration and encouragement, as well as the SrsBzns chatroom. Please try to stay on the topic of writing as much as possible this weekend! The SrsBzns room should be focused strictly on timed word wars without the additional chat. For inspiration, writing talk, encouragement, etc please visit the main room.

5- You don't have to participate the entire weekend, just jump in whenever you can and do any amount of writing in order to qualify.

6- Remember to check back in with your final, ending word count within approximately 24 hours after the war ends!

7- Prizes will be awarded at the end of the war for those with the most words!

Oooh and lunching with your parents, sounds lovely! The cleaning... not so much, it's also on my plate, what do you say doing laundry = 2K per pile and doing the dishes 1K per filled basin? y/y? XD

I have a plan! I figure 1hr writing, 1hr cleaning. Except, with my wrist, I'm only managing 15mins writing at a time, so... 15min writing, 45min cleaning, 30min break - that will break up tomorrow quite well, I think.
