Unless I completely miscounted somewhere...(Merlin, I hope not!)...

The 2014 Wizarding Games Winners Are:

TEAM SNAKES with 3595 Points

and

Team Lions stayed quite strong with 2535 Points!

The Wizarding Games Champion for 2014 is

lyonessheart with 695 points and completed EACH ASSIGNMENT

The mods are very happy that you guys took the time to participate in the challenges and everyone put in a bit of something to get points for their teams!

HD_Writers Wizarding Games!!!

Week 2 Bingo Card!!

What you need to know:

Each prompt must be worth 100 words minimum. There is no maximum.

Combining prompts IS allowed but each additional square must still be worth 100 words, e.g. if you put 4 prompts into 1 story, it must be at least 400 words long.

Art is welcome as well!

You have 7 days to do this challenge!! Closing time: Saturday 15th March, 23:59 GMT / 18:59 EST. (However, assignments will still be accepted until the next card is released (approx 1 hour after) - because I'm just that lovely!)

Each square is worth 5 points! Completing the whole card will win you and your team an additional 20 points!!!

This can be anything related to Team Work! This is one of the Wizarding Games Assignments!!! You could earn 5 points for your team each week by entering! Please submit your links as usual below and

So give us a snippet of a current piece you're working on, don't be shy! Whether there's only one word related to the theme or it's a devoted sonnet, we want to hear about it.

Swivenhodge: is a broom game that began in Hertfordshire, England. Players would sit backwards on their broomsticks and bat an inflated pig's bladder across a hedge using the brush end of the broom. The player to miss the bladder gave their opponent a point, and the first player to reach fifty points was the winner. Swivenhodge is still played in England, but never achieved widespread popularity. (Swivenhodge on Harry Potter Wikia)

Gobstones: is a game mostly popular amongst wizarding children^,played with special stones, similar to the Muggle game of marbles except that when a player loses a point, the gobstone then spits a putrid liquid at the player. (Gobstones on Harry Potter Wikia)

Fouls: Here is a list of Quidditch fouls on Harry Potter Wikia, I love the names they've got. Feel free to imagine addition ones for Quidditch or any other game.

Appleby Arrows: This is the link to an Appleby Arrows Wikia page, use it if you like. But you are allowed to fabricate team facts and history if you wish.
