27 – Where is your favorite place to write, and do you write by hand or on the computer?

I adore writing at my desk, in my bedroom. I'm pretty much uncomfortable writing anywhere else. I'm also a Microsoft Word fan, and I find I really can't write as fast or as well if I'm not typing on word. I'm getting better at typing in HTML, but I dislike it because it's harder for me to edit, I guess.

I can outline by stickynotes xD and outlining in a notebook when I'm away from my computer, but I'm trying to do it more now. If I'm away and I'm writing a one-shot, I like to write out scenes on my iPhone. It's easier for me to write on the go.

I'm really impressed that you can write scenes on your iPhone. What app do you use for this? I have issues typing long emails on my iphone...lol. I just hate the auto correct feature; it never seems to learn any of my words properly.

I have autocorrect turned off on mine; It never guesses my words correctly for ANYTHING and I'd rather just upload it and edit SP problems there when I have the time and patience to do it.

I use the Documents2 App, which is really just a bunch of txt files categorized in folders xD The free version is pretty decent for something, well, free! I've heard of other Apps which are probably better, but I'm cheap and it works for me xD

Thanks for the advice. I didn't know the autocorrect could be turned off; I'll have to look into that.

I'm going to search for the app too. I'm with you. I never pay for apps unless I absolutely have to.
