I don't enjoy being hounded for them (that happens) but I do enjoy writing them, when there's need or I'm inspired. I am always pleased when I've read a fic that begs for a sequel and there is one (worship those right-minded authors, I do!), but...it's such a personal thing. Sometimes one feels there should be a sequel and yet it just doesn't come easily. The story has been written and it wants no more of itself. Capiche?
