A while ago darkravenwrote posted the question if you would be interested in a community that archived old prompts from fests and will give folks the opportunity to drop prompts for claiming. The tenor was that this was a good idea - so here is the next step, and since she is already busy coming up with lists and spreadsheets, I am trying to do a tiny part as well and find a name for this baby :)

Since HP_adoptaprompt already exists, we decided to start fresh and have the following question for you:
