Oh, I post to a variety of places. I post to LJ, Skyehawke, Fiction Alley (although not as much at FA as before, due to me writing NC-17), and AO3. I'm loving AO3! It's so easy to import my fics from Skyehawke to AO3. And what I love even more is that AO3 allows you to download a person's fics to your reader, which is super cool. I've been providing Word and PDF files of my fic on my LJ and user info page, but it's nice to be able to upload to AO3 and know that the convenience factor is built in and anyone can download the fic to read at their leisure.

I'm going to start working on my first podfic very soon, for hp_podfic_fest, and I suppose I can host those at Megaupload.

The most common place I post is Livejournal. I also post my less graphic stories to fanfiction.net though, which at the moment, is only one story. :X

Been meaning to start jumping in and answering these and finally had time to start today!

I came late to writing fics, and pretty much used to post everything on Insanejournal with a few being posted on Livejournal. Then AO3 came around and since then, that's my main archive location and I post links to everything on DW/LJ/IJ.

I know there's a ton of other places out there, but many of the ones I looked into were either closed down to new submissions or didn't accept NC-17. And I've written an awful lot of NC-17, so I just didn't get there.

I think I like AO3 so much because of how it handles chaptered fics, and the way fics can be downloaded as ebooks (exceedingly convenient to do straight from my ipod). And I like kudos. Maybe even love kudos.

I guess I like FF because I like the format. Plus I prefer writing in Word rather than in plain text, so it's easier to upload. LJ is all good too. Maybe I'll get around to changing it into HTML so I can post elsewhere, but I'm too lazy and too busy too xD

I post to my livejournal and dreamwidth, and for some stories I have posted them to other comm journals. In the past I used to post my Star Wars fic at TFN (http://boards.theforce.net) and you can still find some of my older work there. Sometime in the near future (hopefully when I'm done with the big bangs) I'll be posting my fics to my insanejournal and also to HP Fandom (http://www.hpfandom.net).

I started out on fanfiction.net and even though alot of my stuff technically doesn't belong there, I still archive there cuz I have alot of loyal readers on that site, I try to post alot of my stories to my LJ journal but don't always think about it so many of them are just posted in the comms I've written them for... also I recently began archiving on this site called Archive of Our Own and I love that site, its gonna take a while before I get everything added onto that site but its still great!! :D
