I agree, sometimes one just has to plough through. It's not particularly pleasant or motivating (I keep pulling my hair because what am I doing OMG? xD) But if it has to be done, then it has to be done :)

It's so unpleasant and unmotivating, seriously omg. But it has to be done. And if you're hair pulling and need to vent, you can always hit me up, I'm doing the exact same thing.

I find it hard to be really objective on what I write. Sometimes I find it's utter crap but when other people read it, they find it great! :P Try to get into the tone of the story and not put too much pressure on yourself! :D You can do it! :D

Camping is chaotic on the Fourth of July. Unpleasantly so. I am hoping most of these crazy people bug out early on Sunday because they need to get home!

I am only on track because OMG yesterday was loads of words. I am about to try wording again this morning for a little while. Later I am going to go tubing, though, because the rivers looks lovely. I just need to wait until after the flag raising ceremony. I can write until then maybe.

If You Set Other Goals (get characters to hook up, find a way to work in some smut/angst/fluff, reach a certain plot point, whatever), Are You Progressing? Eh. Plotting and research is usually super fun, but today I just wanted to write. Hopefully that'll stick around till tomorrow.
Anything To Share (flailing, requests for butt-kicking, pep-talks, snippets, etc.)? So many things and they're all spoilers for anon fests. Umm. I'd like to know why people start setting of fireworks before it's dark out. Pep talks or butt-kicking wouldn't go amiss, either, especially if they're fun-rediscovery pep talks. Though it has gotten funner! Yay fun! *is tired* *coherence waning*

I always wonder about that (the fireworks). They tend to start around 6pm here, it's light until 9... what's the point when you can't even see them? Isn't that a bit of a pointless waste? D:

Fireworks before nighttime always seems weird to me, but maybe they have small children who are going to bed? IDEK. I don't even remember what time tonight's "light show" at the campground is.
