A WORD WAR IS COMING!!

Are you ready to do it all over again?? It's time for another Word War!

The war will run from THURSDAY JULY 4th through SUNDAY JULY 7th, based on your own time zone. Basically, I'll post the check-in when it's still early Thursday in the Australian bits of the world, and you check in whenever you want, but don't start writing until your Thursday begins. When your Sunday is over, put your pencil down and you will be done!

That's FOUR FULL DAYS of fantastic words! The word fairies will be popping around to sprinkle you with dust and give your muses plenty of rest, food and drink so that they'll be inspiring you. Come join us all and write!

Spread the news; all fandoms and pairings are welcome. Whatever you need to write, we celebrate your words!

Oh, cruel! I don't know if I can do it this weekend. We have several things going on. On the other hand, I've mostly put off writing until after the kids are in bed anyway so it probably won't make that much difference, time-wise. It'll depend on my energy level, I guess. Anyway, more power to everyone who participates!

I had a feeling this would either be an awesome weekend for people, or a terrible one, so I decided to give it a whirl.

I know I'm crazy busy all day Thursday, but I'm home on Friday and hoping to put in a long day writing and baking that day. *fingers crossed* And cooking.

I wasn't sure if the holiday weekend would make things easier or harder for the folks in the States, so I decided to go for it. I hope it turns out to be a good weekend for you!

Excellent! Plans kept coming up this past weekend (something I really should have predicted) so I didn't manage to write anything at all, but all the holiday this coming weekend means for me is no work or school for an extra two days, and hopefully this will mean lots of writing time :D
