You are rolling up towards the end of the month, and perhaps the end of your story. Time for a shakeup! Stories need conflict, and conflict needs resolution. Over the course of your story you will have hills and valleys, but as you come close to the end, it's time for that big one, the climax of your story, the big change to end all changes.
