Hey guys!

I'm sad to say that this will be my last mod post. I submitted my resignation as moderator to kittyfic a couple of days ago. I so regret that I've had to weigh this option and make this choice -- there are so many cool, fun, and nifty H/D-centric activities I have stored away in my brain. However, Kitty left the door open for me to return, should my stars align again :) I'm so bummed I won't be able to continue Did You Know?, or the Word Wars, or our trivia games -- I apologize to you all for having to drop the ball.

You may be wondering why I'm taking this step. (Or you may not be wondering, and that's fine!) First, we're trying to sell our house and everything is happening very quickly and I'm having to spend a lot of time attending to workmen and painters and plumbers and the Lawn Doctor, blah blah. As well, we're trying to find a new house to move to. It's completely nuts. Unfortunately, I also have some health issues I'm having to deal with, that leave me exhausted quite a lot of the time, so what energy I do have has to go to my family and the move.

You'll still see me around hd_writers and I'll still hang out in chat here and there.

Thank you for the privilege of letting me have a ton of fun with you all, for helping me to become a better writer through your feedback and suggestions, and for tolerating my love for cheesy graphics!

Julie, you know that I shall miss you! I'm so sorry that you had to step back, but I can't say I'm surprised. You do have a whole lot on your plate right now. Take care of yourself first and do what you need to for yourself and your family. When you have time...come and say hi. We will be around when the dust settles.

You were an awesome mod and I'm sad to see you go but I'm glad that you'll come back if your stars align (which is just a neat thing to say, period) and I hope the selling of your house goes well! I also hope you get a house to move into, because having sold a house and not having one to move into, well, sucks. Did that once, not gonna do again if I can help it! LoL. Take care and I hope your health issues get cleared up and that things just go great for you in all that you do!!

P.S. Cheesy graphics are often the ones that stick with us the longest, so YAY!!
