Kurt hated graveyards. He hated death. Death stole away the things you loved. It stole them away and never gave them back. They were just gone. Gone forever. No bargaining, no amount of money, no wishful thinking and certainly amount faith would ever give them back. Graveyards were the harsh reminder of the people you’d lost, not even letting you a second of forgetfulness, where you could pretend they weren’t dead. Because if you visited people in a graveyard, they were dead, no question about it. While seeing a picture of someone in your bedroom did not send your thoughts immediately to death. Kurt hated graveyards.
The graveyard at Godric's Hollow was dark and quiet. The occasional laugh or yell of “Trick or Treat!” from the street outside were the only sounds shattering the silence. Two young men were walking close together, between the headstones. One was tall and walked with a casual grace. The other, shorter and more muscular, was carrying a single white lily. They were walking slowly, and their hands were entwined between them. They reached their destination and stopped. The shorter man knelt down in front of a headstone, and put the flower on the ground, while his companion stayed a few paces behind, his head respectfully bowed. After a few minutes, the first man got to his feet, and they both walked away, the tall man slinging a comforting arm around his partners shoulder, and the shorter man leaning into him, as if he needed the support.
Harry brushed the dirt off his knees and stood up. He slowly turned away from his parents grave and towards his waiting boyfriend.
“Thank you, Draco. For coming here. For being here. With me.”
“I'll always be there for you. I love you.”
“I know,” he whispered, and leaned into the supportive arm, Draco was slinging around his shoulders. “I love you too.”

It was an outing like any other. The three best friends set out in the middle of the night, sneaking out of Hogwarts just for the thrill of it in order to celebrate Sirius’ birthday.
Sirius, who was not one for boring cake and parties only, wanted to visit the nearby graveyard. He convinced James easily and threated to destroy Remus’ transfiguration notes to bring him along too. The only person they didn’t quite expect to join them was the new tail James had gotten himself.
Peter Pettigrew was a mousy fellow who worshipped the ground James walked on. It was amusing at first, how he would practically bow whenever James passed him. But soon, their amusement turned to pity. before the pity finally took action.
On an impulse, James called for Peter and told him to join them. That night as they ate stolen food from the kitchens in a gloomy graveyard, Peter finally became friends with the original Marauders.
