“I can’t believe I let you drag me with you,” Ron said, picking at his collar with a disgusted look.

Draco only laughed at tugged Ron’s hands away. Smoothing the collar himself, he smiled up at his boyfriend.

“It looks okay on you. You’ll fit right in, I told you this is a old-school kind of thing.”

“This outfit reminds me of the Yule Ball during fourth year. That did not look okay on me. I’m just so glad this doesn’t smell like Aunt Muriel,” Ron complain, his tone bordering on whiney.

Draco scowled, before realising just what Ron needed. Leaning in to whisper in Ron’s ear, Draco smirked.

“You know how much this Ball means for our careers, so put a smile on the freckled face and if you’re a good boy tonight, I’ll …....”

Ron blushed deep red at Draco’s words, but he stopped complaining and his face lit up with a, admittedly quite fake, smile.

“Now, lets do this thing,” Draco said before knocking on the heavy looking door in front of them. This was going to be a very interesting evening, but Draco found himself looking forward to the end the most.

Title: You and Me
Character: Draco Malfoy/Hermione Granger
Rating: PG13
Word Count: 104
Notes/Warnings: Infidelity.

Every year they met at the Ministry of Magic Halloween ball with their masks on and their roses intact. He always wore a white rose on his chest, she always wore a red rose in her hair.

Those were the marking that told them whether the other was who they thought it was. And every year, they would sneak off and enjoy each other’s company until midnight. At midnight she was no longer the princess but the married Ministry Official who fought for house-elf rights. At midnight he was no longer the prince but a hated Death Eater. At midnight, the masks come off.
