I'm just getting started rolling along for Saturday, but for some of you midnight has already come and gone! So that means for some of us, 48 hours are done, and there are only 48 left to go. This is the check-in post for the end of Day 2!!
The mid-war check-ins are completely optional, but if you want some extra encouragement from your fellow writers, come tell us how you are doing! And while you're there, see how everyone else is doing and maybe leave them some kind words (or butt-kicking where requested!).

Projects Worked On: finished the 2. draft of my minifest fic. Almost finished the sequel for one of my ficlets.
If You Set Other Goals (get characters to hook up, find a way to work in some smut/angst/fluff, reach a certain plot point, whatever), Are You Progressing? Yes! I actually managed to write sex. I didn't write it very well, but I wrote it.
Anything To Share (flailing, requests for butt-kicking, pep-talks, snippets, etc.)?
Random snippet # 1: "I suspected that I might like boys better, anyway, but I had no idea how to approach them.. him... I... Err... ended up behaving like an idiot most of the time."
Random snippet #2: Really, this was getting ridiculous! Two stupid Saviour-saving missions in less than a week?!? Couldn't the bloody Gryffindor just take a minute to plan ahead before rushing headlong into danger. It was mindboggling how he had survived the war, let alone Auror training.

I got close to a point for zombiefest, but have hit a snag on the FMA fic. I don't know if I should have them get in bed already on chapter 5 ><.
