For those who haven't played before, here are the rules!

The game is simple - every hour on the hour a prompt of some sort will be posted. Let it inspire you and create a drabble! That's it XD

So, Harry/Draco, right? There are no rules on Drabble Day! We love everything, so let your imagination run wherever the prompt leads - any pairing, any genre, anything that strikes your fancy. Drabble Day is all about letting your creativity run free!

So, I have an hour to write this? There are no rules on Drabble Day! You can take however long you like to fill the prompts and write them in any order you like.

Aren't drabbles 100 words? Do I have to be exact? We don't stick to the traditional definition of 'drabble'; I just like alliteration. It can be as long or as short as you like - we've had one-shots of more than 1k (maybe even 2k), and haiku with a lot less words than that. NO RULES!!!

Where do I post these drabbles? Okay, there is a rule. Anything NC-17 must be posted in your journal. Please leave a link to it in the comments of the prompt post so we can go take a look! This is for the sake of mods and members in countries with less open laws. All non-NC-17 pieces can either be posted as a comment here or on your journal with a link here.

Did I hear something about BOB Bonus Points? Yes! Over the course of the day, there will be (at least) four special bonus prompts. There will be extra points for filling these prompts - and they'll be clearly marked as bonus prompts! And don't forget, Saturday is also a BOB bonus day double-point day and any words written on drabbles will count to normal BOB points.

What's next?Remember that chatzy is here, and full of friendly people celebrating my birthday Drabble Day (or possibly just me, but I'm friendly too!) There is also srs!chatzy, for the srs drabblers. Awesome!!! This is exactly what I needed! I need a break from my fest fics, but don't want to commit to anything too lengthy and I'd love to practice my finishing skills!!! I will be ready to write!

Any pairing, any genre, but still HP I assume? Although I might attempt a crossover or two, if my brain feels like a break from the big pieces I'm working on.

Any fandom, no fandom, we really don't mind. We've had manga, song fandoms, original pieces, poetry... no rules on drabble day! Though, I guess Billywig kinda lends itself to a HP piece... I might try writing a different fandom for that prompt :D

I might do a crossover fandom for it. :) I'm letting ideas percolate since I am officially NOT AWAKE right now, despite having to leave the house in 30 minutes (with my daughter yelling at me for bringing my laptop).

I am still vaguely considering MU crossover fic (trust me, it works well, and I'd love to suck more people into the teensy MU fandom). Time is going to be my problem, though.

My daughter had an AAU basketball tournament and we had to be there by 9am, AND pick up someone else on the way. So we were out the door early. Tomorrow is a combination of basketball AND tae kwon do, for extra added bonus craziness.

On the other hand, I took my laptop and wrote 2600 words to finish a fic between her two games while sitting outside on a nice day... so that's good. :)
