I signed a pledge at [livejournal.com profile] getyourwordsout to write 350k which works out to roughly 1,000 words per day.
Going really well so far, I've written about 45k this month so far.

My other goal was to work on my original novel each day and get down 500 words - up to date with that too :)

The year of writing has gotten off to a good start.

I'm starting to work on all my drabbles again. I have a goal to finish many of my WiPs especially one that I said I was going to finish, but didn't. ><

I'm going to start working on more original things too since I have to flesh out so many things. I'm happy about the drabbles and my goal is to post one weekly or more than one.

I finished a bunch of drabbles and fics already so I'm on a good start. Hope it continues. ^^

I'm working at inkingitout on Dreamwidth, where I said I would write 200k words this year. My other goals are to complete the next original novel, which is not quite half of that wordcount, and to continue signing up for fests (but hopefully at a saner rate than I did in December/January). I also have at least one WiP that I really want to finish, and may have started a community to convince me to do just that. Oops. I need to work on that.

I already have over 30k in words this year, which is good for wordcount (I've written three times as much as I need to at this point to be on track), but next to none of that is on original work. That last part's bad, because I need to get the novel done so I can get it workshopped and edited within the year.

I also need to send out (more) letters to agents. Someone yell at me to do that already.

My resolution was "Write every day" - even if it's just 50 words. It went well until R completely blindsided me and I couldn't do it anymore. BUt now I think it's time to get back on track :)

I pledged to write 150k at [livejournal.com profile] getyourwordsout so that's my big goal, which I'm failing on spectacularly. Other than that, I'm trying really hard this year to finish all the WiPs I have or sequels that need done. And I'd really like to get a start on my novel, even if it's only 50 words.

Well, my goal was to be finished with Draft 4 of my novel by Feb... and that isn't going to happen. Maybe by Mid Feb if that's all I do with my free time. I got a frying pan to the head and realized my writing in the middle wasn't as good, so I'm re-writing everything. At least it's line editing stuff, and not plot or characterization issues!

My big goal was to get my novel to an agent by Summer Solstice. I'm still hoping I can do that. *fingers crossed*
