yes that is how I understood the com as well, which is why we came up with a new idea. We did think about asking the mods of hpadoptaprompt if we could relaunch it, but in the end we would like to start fresh with this years fests. We will contact mods so that they can ask their prompters to state beforehand if they are ok with their prompts going to the archive after the fest is done and if they did not get claimed.
