The idea I had for hdpromptarchive was actually a little different. Not recycling from fests, but having a place where people can drop prompts they love, but don't feel they could write for themselves, (for whatever reason) and prompts they felt happy to part with. Prompts could be submitted at anytime. Those prompts will simply be there on the archive, and any interested persons can claim them at any time. For a fest or whatever they want to use it for. So, your com won't interfere, I don't think. :) But, I feel like the idea of recycling old prompts already has a community, (hpadoptaprompt), so I'm a little confused, to be honest. What will be the difference between this com and hpadoptaprompt?
