Did you Finish a Thing?: no, but made progress on two
If You Set Other Goals (get characters to hook up, find a way to work in some smut/angst/fluff, reach a certain plot point, whatever), Did You Meet Them? I wanted to get in 5 hours of writing and type up my HP Dark Ages writing (plus some other goals I didn't touch). I got in about 3 hours of writing and about 1 hour of retyping. (The hour of retyping should have been enough to finish the second goal, but I had technical troube with Google Docs.)
Anything To Share (flailing, squeeing, sobbing, etc.)? I got stuck in the Swamp of Procrastination on my days off, but my working days were oddly productive after work. So, not what I'd hoped for, but so much better than I had been doing.

Did you Finish a Thing?: Yes! Several things. I finished the horror fic as well as my challenge table for Femslash100. I got line bingos for both of the other cards and I'm several steps closer to blackouts for both of them. I also participated in a lot of Drabbletag.

I didn't get the blackouts, but I wasn't really expecting to. The fact that I'm closer (and I have lines if I run out of time) is amazing.

I wanted this fic to be a silly, lighthearted sexromp, but it seems to want be an angstry, character-driven kinkfest. Which is theoretically great, but not what I was prepared for, and trying to decide whether to tame/rethink it or let it go down its own path has made all the blocks.
