Christmas Plans

Doing my Christmas shopping tonight made me realise that the big day is less than 10 days away! Which means it's time for a little Christmas announcement.

We here at hd_writers know that not anyone has plans for Christmas Day. Maybe you don't celebrate Christmas. Maybe your family is on the other side of the planet. Maybe, like me, you feel like the odd one out with your family, so you make sure you can't get your dog into a boarding kennel, and thus only have to turn up for lunch. Maybe you just want to pop in and talk Potter because you can't go a day without!

Yes, it's true that I'm doing this because I'll be looking for company and some distraction from four hours spent on public transport on Christmas Day, but I can't be the only one! The plan is to start around midnight on Christmas Day, US Eastern time. Time can be converted here.. The day will end sometime after that. Since there are no rules on drabble day, and it's Christmas Day as well, we'll be playing pretty loose with everything.

Spread the word far and wide - the more the merrier, right? I'll bring the eggnog, you bring the mistletoe,and we'll have a merry day. Feel free to drop in - we'd love to see you!
