Title: “You think I do the cooking?” Word Count: 180 Warning/Rating: General Public. Pairing(s)/Character(s): Hermione/Harry/Ron and a random Marie. Author Notes: So, yes, I like the trio. Yes, I like to think Hermione does not do well in the kitchen. So, this is the best solution.
“You think I do the cooking?” Hermione asked her friend. She was laughing uncontrollably, thinking of how that would go.
“Well, I don’t really see Ron having enough resolve not to just eat it while he cooks and Harry seems … well, I just assumed I guess,” Marie said.
“Yeah, well, that’s a bit sexist of you. Anyway, Ron learned a lot from Molly about cooking, but he’s usually the one to bake, rather than cook. Harry on the other hand spent his years at the Dursley’s cooking breakfast and sometimes other meals for himself and his family there. At first Ron did all the cooking because we were a bit afraid it would bring back bad memories, but I think he sees it differently when he’s cooking for us. Like, he knows he’s appreciated for it when he does it for us,” Hermione said.
“So you don’t cook at all?” Marie asked again, sounding surprised.
“No, I haven’t been allowed to do anything in that kitchen since we moved in. I think they don’t trust me,” Hermione said, smirking.
