1. What are your goals for the day? (word counts, get characters to hook up, find a way to work in some smut/angst/fluff, reach a certain plot point, whatever) ...If I ever get to escape work today (oh, man, is that a BIG 'if'; It might well be an 11.5 hour shift), I want to get to the point where they change setting/location. Ideally, I'd get a whole scene, but I'm being realistic, here.
2. Will you be working on a single project or multiple projects today? Just one, if I get to write at all.
3. How many new words have you written since your last check-in? Day 3's total words written is 3,569!
4. How many total words have you written so far this week? 9,873 towards the total goal of 30k! Not too bad, considering that only represents 2 days of writing!
5. What projects have you worked on? I've written on this long fic, I've edited a one-shot of my own, and I've beta'd a longer one-shot of someone else's. Have also done a bit of brainstorming/plot&character help with a friend, for her fic.
6. Have you made any progress or had any pitfalls? I've made a decent amount of progress (almost 10k in ~2-3 days isn't bad!), but I'm still not as far as I'd like. Here's hoping I can eke out some writing time sometime between clocking out from work and faceplanting onto my bed!
7. Do you have anything else to share? (snippets to share, flailing, requests for butt-kicking, pep-talks, etc) Nope, nothing I can think of. Oh, unless it's just keeping my fingers crossed that my boss knows who he's hiring or has some sort of plan so I don't have to work all 7 days next week, which would also equate to 10+ days in a row! o.0
