Have you got a link for Acrobat/Buzzwords? I'm goin to put in a link for gdocs as well, It always seems so straightforward when you use it all the time, I didn't even think about linking gdocs when I wrote the post. I haven't used gdocs in a while, I must admit. They may have added some functionality while I wasn't looking.
I love the live chat box. It's so much easier when you can just ask the writer (or the beta, if you are the writer) about something that isn't clear
