One of the things the comm members have been asking for is themed chats. Ask and ye shall receive! Our first themed chat is TOMORROW NIGHT!

That's right! Tomorrow night, come on in to our main Chatzy room __here__ and we'll discuss SPaG beta'ing and Britpicking for a while.

Have a question? Want someone to look at a sentence? Want to know the difference between their/there/they're? Come on in and chat with us!


Our Beta/Britpick chat is scheduled for:

17 March at 02:30-04:30 GMT


That means if you're in New York, the chat begins 16 March at 22:30.
If you're in California, the chat begins 16 March at 19:30.
If you're in Sydney, Australia, the chat begins 17 March at 13:30.

...and so forth.


PLEASE NOTE: THE HD_WRITERS CHATZY ROOM WILL BE ALL-AGES DURING THIS SCHEDULED EVENT.
NO NC-17 LINKS OR CONTENT MAY BE POSTED DURING THIS CHAT.

You may bring any SPaG/Britpick questions you have, H/D or no - it doesn't even have to be HP! However, please note that due to our temporary lifting of the age restriction, we cannot critique NC-17 work or answer NC-17 questions in the chatroom. If you want us to look at something that is NC-17, send it via PM.

Yes - we thought for the first one, we'd try for a time slot where people would be on who WOULDN'T normally be online when the Brits are on - so they could get answers.

Sorry for the confusion - I am hosting the chat, so I can answer most questions. I just meant that there are folks who are never online when most Brits are on - due to timezone differences - and that's who we were targeting with this first chat. We'll be having other chats at other times to make it more convenient for those in timezones closer to GMT.

Annie, there definitely will be. This is just the first, and as I said above, we wanted to hit folks who aren't on when most Brits are on, and so have trouble getting answers to their questions.

Might be difficult to answer britpick questions if all the brits are asleep…

There will be others, and if you're volunteering to be a resource for getting questions answered, that'd be great! We can always use more subject experts. =)
