April Progress and May Goals!

Oops! I forgot to post this at the beginning of the month!

Are any of you still working on long-term writing goals?

How are your 2012 writing goals going? Have you been able to stick to your writing goals? It's not too late to make your goals a reality!

With BOB running through April, we should have lots of great news this time!

I made a lot of progress in April due to BOB. I wrote over 21,0000 words...that's almost double what I had in the previous months. I also finished seven fics and four chapters on a chapter by chapter posting fic.

For May I want to work more on my chapter by chapter HP fic and get it all caught up on it.

I am sort of participating in a bang...I am alphaing for a friend.

April was a really good month for me, in part thanks to BOB (in LARGE part). I wrote a ton of words, finished fics, and over all got stuff done. But in the end, I think it has rebounded on me and I'm really dragging now with RL kicking my tail.

I'm trying to figure out what novel I'm writing (which keeps changing). I've been working on my professional online presence slowly, although that has stalled in the recent week and I need to get back to it. I'm very excited about a short story coming out next month, and I need to keep up momentum in that arena so I can, well, get published.

I need to get a novel started, and have a solid outline to keep going in June. Plus I have three new signups for fests soon that I'll need to be ready for. I think they're all due in July...

You can do it!

I do find that personally, when I write lots and lots I usually need to take a couple of days off before I can get back into the swing of things.

Hopfully the same will be true for you!

I think I tend to go in manic waves, and when it works it REEEEALLY works, and when it doesn't, I'm a big bundle of fail. :p Hopefully it'll all come back soon!

BOB helped me finish all the things in April that I needed to finish and more.

I need to write/finish my Friendship fic in May as well as clean up a few things.

I just started the 100 things challenge and I hope that goes well.
