1. What are your writing goals for the week? (projects to finish, word counts, etc?)

Just the week? Well I've never done one of these before, so my goal for the week is to write all or most of chapter 5, which is about 5,000-7,000 words usually. I'm not sure if that's... lame for you guys or not, haha... but... Like i said, I've never done one of these before so I have no idea whats normal. And I'm so... hit or miss with the amount I can pump out at one time lol. Sometimes I write three chapters in a week, other times it takes me three weeks to finish one single chapter lol.

2. What is your goal for the day?

Uh... I'd say anywhere between 500-1000 words?

3. Will you be working on a single project or multiple projects?

Just the one.

4. Are you participating in any fests, exchanges or challenges?

Nope, not currently :)

5. Have you made any progress or had any pitfalls?

Things have been going well. I struggled with Chapter 4, and finally pushed through it, I'd like to get the next two chapters which will likely both be in Draco's POV under my belt in the next couple weeks, hence, the word war. Plus, Sordid said I should do it, lol so I'm giving it a shot.

6. Do you have any snippets to share?

My narrowed gaze shoots to Malfoy but a tiny part of me is grateful for the break in the awkward silence. “Must I what?”

what's normal is going your own rate. Some write a lot, while others think 20% of that is too much for them. People are different but everyone are welcome :D If you get to finish 5k-7k words in one week I think you're doing great. Good luck

You guys seem so nice here. It's awesome that you reply to everyone's posts and interact with them. That's what kept me from being too intimidated to do this. I've never been part of an active writing community on LJ before. I realized too that I signed up a few days late... so maybe I wont meet my goal, but at least I'll try haha.
