1. What are your writing goals for the week?
I'd like to finish an overdue chapter as well as wrap my head around podfic recording and remastering. Warning: old dog attempting new tricks....

600 words/day, 15MB/day

Never. I know better.

Yes. Roughly 450 words just this morning.
Also, I figured out how to get close to the microphone without breathing on it--involves a scarf.

Yup! I've laid down two 6k chapters (32 & 41 minute recordings) in 3 days, which I guess isn't too bad.
Now, if only I could write the things as fast as I can read, record and remaster them....
