I need to get shit done!

1. What are your writing goals for the week? (projects to finish, word counts, etc?) Oh God, I must make seriousserious progress on these hp_kinkfest, which I'm really of struggling with and hd_remix, which I'm am so, so behind on.

2. What is your goal for the day? Hopefully a minimum of 500 words per day, but I don't seem able to get into a routine with writing every day.

3. Will you be working on a single project or multiple projects? Multiple!

4. Are you participating in any fests, exchanges or challenges? ZOMG, in addition to the two above, I've signed up for the dracotops_harry fest, round 6 of daisychain_drab, the current H/D LDWS at slythindor100 (at least until the results on Friday) and I might contribute something to hd_owlpost if possible.

5. Have you made any progress or had any pitfalls? Work being busy right now is my biggest problem. But I had a bit of a breakthrough with one fic this weekend (still only managed 120 or so words though, but it was a start).

6. Do you have any snippets to share? Um.. okay, but it's not been edited or beta'd or anything and is subject to change if I realise it's crap.

Scorpius leant back heavily into the sofa, trying to squash the trembling in his shoulders. He hated himself for the involuntary tears pushing behind his eyelids, and the way his breath shuddered in his throat. He wished Teddy would move off of him so he could get up and get away from here.

“It's okay.” Scorpius felt a finger on his cheek and another under his chin. Teddy's hand was warm and still smelled of Scorpius' come. “Look at me.”

Scorpius clenched his jaw. Teddy's pity was worse than anger. He had to leave before Teddy said some shit about them still being friends.

“Scorpius. Please.”

No but I have a tentative scene in my head already so I'll probably be trying to get it out on paper soon. Mine's gonna be incest though so not sure how everyone will like it!! I tend to do the kinkier, more out there stuff LOL

I just did a fest that I wrote that had no smut and I was so shocked by myself!! It came out really good though, if I do say so cuz it was mostly plot and romance, no smut so that was a leap for me!! I like your story so far, can't wait to read it in the daisychains. Oh that reminds me, I have to get banners done this week for the last rounds!! I have so much to do... working on a Dralbus piece right now which I posted a sneak peek of and also working on a Teen Wolf story for a fest.
