No the work for reprompting would lie with Raven and me since we would go through the fest lists after they are done with giving out the prompts for their rounds - which is why we would like to inlcude the question "Can your prompt be archived at hp_XXX should it not be claimed YES/NO?" in future fests. I am just now working on the logistics with Raven. we could work with hp_adoptapromt in the future if they would like to organize a new round because we would have the prompts that are up for grabs in one place already.
