THURSDAY CHECK-IN!!

The holidays (for those who celebrate) are over, but the word war is barely begun. If Thursday is done where you are, three days are over, with six left to go! You still have plenty of time to write, but why not take a break and let us know how things are going? Intermediary check-ins are completely optional, but if you want some extra encouragement come and tell us how you are doing and encourage your fellow writers also!

My head is pounding. Ugh.

Stiles nods. If it were just for fun, he’d have them head back now. But Derek’s out here, and he wants to know what’s going on. Why meet in the woods? Why was he being so weird about Erica?

The howl comes again, closer this time, and Scott freezes. “Dude.”

“What?” Stiles turns to look at him and catches a flash of something in the darkness.

Something red… red eyes… and a mouth… a huge fucking mouth with long teeth and a growl that shakes the world around them.

“Fuck.” Stiles backpedals quickly, throwing out a hand. “Dude. Run!”
