The house-elves had outdone themselves once again. The decadent spread should have been enough to keep anyone's attention. Ron's eyes certainly hadn't wavered. Yet, Harry couldn't stop his gaze from sliding across to the Slytherin table. Parkinson and Malfoy were leaning in and snickering together, and Harry knew they were up to something, but he didn't know what it was, yet something told him it was nothing good. Suspicious, Harry vowed to keep a closer eye on the two of them.

"Harry!" Hermione poked him in the ribs. "Don't tell me you're still watching Malfoy.

He was about to deny it when her glare silenced him. He considered

Assignment #8 - 3,000 words.

My Glompfest entry went from 8,159 on Sunday to 13,184 as of now. I'm not sure about proof, but I've been doing word wars and logging progress there and on Chatzy (it's SRS!). I've also posted about a 1,000 words in assignments. Oh! And I wrote 665 for one of my Owls today.

Yep. I need to get the start pre-posted sometime soon, so it'll post automatically. The reminder post will go up tomorrow morning (that's already pre-posted). I'm hoping I can manage to write during it. Every time I write, everything else doesn't get done, and well, that's going to start causing trouble at home soon, I suspect...

Re points: I know Im still waiting on points to show on the spreadsheet from last week (17). I've commented in thread but Im not certain who my comments should go to. Is that you or do I comment on house totals thread?

Re round robin: Everyone has gone once. A couple of us twice. I think it is lost in scroll, pulling the whole thing out to a new comment thread may be good.

Re my writing this week: my focus has been owlpost. I'm half going for 3k (and if I can get finished, that would be extra awesome). I'll contribute with quick quill quotes, and I've done Inspire Me this week as well.
