If it's something you can post in April, I'd claim it then. If not, no worries. I'd claim after beta, just because then it's off your list of things to work on, but if you'd find it more helpful to claim it finished when you ship it off to beta, go ahead. You can only claim it once, so however/whenever you want to claim it, go ahead.
