It’s only when they get back to the Jeep and Stiles glances in the mirror that he realizes he hasn’t just been scent marked, he’s been marked. There’s a reddish-purple spot just above his collarbone; when he touches it with his fingertips, Derek smirks, and Stiles knows it isn’t any kind of an accident.
At least people are going to believe them.
It’s just going to be frustrating as hell along the way.
